# The Mental Capacity Act 2005 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2007, Paragraph 25: Health Service Medicines (Price Control Appeals) Regulations 2000


In regulation 7 (appointment of tribunal) of the Health Service Medicines (Price Control Appeals) Regulations 2000, in paragraph (3)(b), for “incapacity” substitute “lack of capacity (within the meaning of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (c.9))”.
