  "text": "The court may—\n(a) on the application of the donor, dispense with the requirement to notify under paragraph 6(1), or\n(b) on the application of the donee or donees concerned, dispense with the requirement to notify under paragraph 6(2),\nif satisfied that no useful purpose would be served by giving the notice.",
