  "text": "In a case where this Schedule applies for the purposes of paragraph 17 of Schedule A1—\n“authorised course of action” means the accommodation of the relevant person in the relevant hospital or care home for the purpose of being given the relevant care or treatment;\n“relevant care or treatment” has the same meaning as in Schedule A1;\n“relevant instrument” means the standard authorisation under Schedule A1.",
