  "text": "A notice to the donor under this Part of this Schedule—\n(a) must be in the prescribed form,\n(b) must contain the statement mentioned in paragraph 9(b), and\n(c) must inform the donor that, while the instrument remains registered, any revocation of the power by him will be ineffective unless and until the revocation is confirmed by the court.",
