  "text": "In this Part of this Schedule—\n(a) “the commencement day” means the day on which section 66(1)(a) (repeal of Part 7 of the Mental Health Act) comes into force,\n(b) “the former Court of Protection” means the office abolished by section 45, and\n(c) “the new Court of Protection” means the court established by that section.",
