  "heading": "The court's power to make declarations",
  "text": "(1) The court may make declarations in relation to a person who is 16 or over as to—\n(a) whether the person has or lacks capacity to make a decision specified in the declaration;\n(b) whether the person has or lacks capacity to make decisions on a matter described in the declaration;\n(c) the lawfulness or otherwise of any act done, or yet to be done, in relation to the person.\n(2) In this section “act” includes an omission and a course of conduct.",
