  "heading": "Effect of transfer under section 211",
  "text": "(1) Where a direction is given in respect of a person under section 211 (transfer of person serving custodial sentence etc to hospital), the managing authority of the hospital specified in the direction must—\n(a) admit the person; and\n(b) detain him or her in accordance with Chapter 5.\n(2) In Chapter 5 (detention under a hospital direction), any reference to a hospital direction includes a reference to a direction under section 211.",
