  "text": "(1) Schedule 10 contains consequential amendments.\n(2) The provisions listed in Schedule 11 are repealed to the extent specified there.\n(3) The Department or the Department of Justice may by regulations make such other amendments of statutory provisions (passed or made before, or in the same session as, this Act) as it considers appropriate in consequence of this Act.",
