# Mental Health Act 1959, Section 154: Short title and application to Scilly Isles.

Extent: E+W

(1) This Act may be cited as the Mental Health Act 1959.
(2) Section 278(4) of the National Health Service Act 2006 (which provides for the application of that Act to the Isles of Scilly) shall have effect as if the references to that Act included references to this Act.
