  "text": "In this Part of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—\n“nominated judge” means a judge nominated in pursuance of subsection (1) of section 93 above;\n“nominated officer” means an officer nominated in pursuance of subsection (4) of that section;\n“patient” has the meaning assigned to it by section 94 above;\n“property” includes any thing in action, and any interest in real or personal property;\n“the judge” shall be construed in accordance with section 94 above;\n“will” includes a codicil.",
