  "text": "(1) Section 145 (interpretation) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for the definition of “approved social worker” substitute—\n““approved mental health professional” has the meaning given in section 114 above;”.\n(3) After subsection (1AB) (inserted by section 4 of this Act) insert—\n“(1AC) References in this Act to an approved mental health professional shall be construed as references to an approved mental health professional acting on behalf of a local social services authority, unless the context otherwise requires.”",
