  "text": "(1) In section 17B(2) of the Mental Health Act 1983 (conditions of community treatment orders) omit “or appropriate”.\n(2) In section 72 of that Act (powers of tribunals), after subsection (3A) insert—\n“(3B) Where a tribunal does not direct the discharge of a community patient, the tribunal may recommend that the responsible clinician reconsider whether a condition specified in the community treatment order is necessary.”",
