# The Mental Health Review Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 1996, Article 6: Amendment of rule 8 of the principal Rules


In paragraph (2)(b) of rule 8 (appointment of the tribunal) after the words “health authority” there shall be inserted the words “or National Health Service trust”.
