# The Mental Health Review Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 1996, Article 9: Amendment of rule 11 of the principal Rules


At the end of rule 11 there shall be added the words “and in the case of a patient subject to after-care under supervision this rule shall also apply to such other records relating to any after-care services provided under section 117 of the Act.”.
