  "text": "(1) The Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 is amended as follows.\n(2) Sections 251 and 253 are repealed.\n(3) In subsection (2) of section 318 (false statements), sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) is repealed.\n(4) In the definition in subsection (1) of section 329 (interpretation) of “named person”, after the words “the person” there is inserted “ (if any) ”.",
