# Merchant Shipping Act 1970, Paragraph 7


In section 25 of that Act for the words “certificates of competency recognised under Part 11 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1894 ” there shall be substituted the words “ certificates issued under the Merchant Shipping Act 1970 ”.
