# Merchant Shipping Act 1970, Paragraph 10

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For the purposes of section 87 of this Act the registration of any design under Part II of the Patents and Designs Act 1907 shall be deemed to be a registration under the Registered Designs Act 1949.
