  "text": "This Order amends the Merchant Shipping Act 1979 (Belize) Order 1980 so as to enable the Monetary Authority to charge for certificates given in pursuance of any provision contained in section 5(2A) of the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) Act 1971 or section 4(13) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1974, as extended to Belize by the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Belize) Order 1975 as amended by the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Belize) (Amendment) Order 1981.",
