  "text": "Subject to the modifications specified in Schedule 1 to this Order, the provisions of sections 1–8, 30–32, 34–35, 44, 46, 48, 50, 51, 54, 57 and 58 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1988 and Schedule 4 to that Act shall extend to Bermuda as part of the law thereof.",
