  "text": "In section 9(1) of the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1984—\n(a) for the definition of “British fishing boat” substitute—\n““British fishing boat” means a fishing boat which either is registered under Part II of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 or is wholly British-owned”; and\n(b) in the appropriate place insert—\n““wholly British-owned” means wholly owned by persons qualified to own British ships for the purposes of Part II of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995;”.",
