# Merchant Shipping Act 1995, Paragraph 11

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

A ship surveyor or engineer surveyor may inspect any United Kingdom ship to which this Schedule applies for the purpose of seeing that the provisions of this Schedule have been complied with in respect of the ship.
