  "text": "(1) The Commissioners shall send to the Scottish Ministers a copy of any accounts that they have been required to provide under section 218.\n(2) The Scottish Ministers shall lay those accounts before the Scottish Parliament.\n(3) The Commissioners shall send to the Scottish Ministers any report made under section 198(4)(b) (reports on inspections).\n(4) The Scottish Ministers shall lay any such report before the Scottish Parliament.",
