  "text": "(1) In every ship every gas welding, flame cutting or domestic gaseous fuel installation shall be designed, constructed and installed so that the safety of the ship and of the persons on board is not impaired.\n(2) Every domestic liquefied petroleum gas installation shall be at least in accordance with Merchant Shipping Notice No. M.984.",
