# The Merchant Shipping (Consequential Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Ship and Port Security (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

In regulation 4(6) of the Ship and Port Security (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, in the new paragraph 3A(3), for “exit day”, in both places it occurs, substitute “IP completion day”.
