  "text": "Every deck which forms the crown of any part of the crew accommodation shall be adequately insulated to prevent condensation and overheating and, where it is exposed to the weather, be of such material and so constructed as to prevent ingress of water. It shall be of adequate strength to support any weight which may be placed upon it.",
