Laid before Parliament 17th June 2002
Coming into force 1st September 2002
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 88(2) of, and Schedule 2 to, the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
