  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996. They increase, from £60 to £70 the main hourly charge for services performed by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (the successor body to the Marine Safety Agency) for services under Part I of the Schedule, and make equivalent changes for certain charges for additional services, under Part XII.",
