Regulation 9 Amendment of the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996

In Part III, Section D—

(a)

paragraph 1 shall be omitted;

(b)

in paragraphs 2 and 4, for “£19” there shall in each case be substituted “£25”;

(c)

in paragraphs 3 and 5, for “£10.25” there shall in each case be substituted “£15”;

(d)

in paragraph 6, for “£77” there shall be substituted “£115”;

(e)

in paragraph 8—

(i)

for “£110”, wherever it occurs, there shall be substituted “£150”;

(ii)

for “£27” there shall be substituted “£30”;

(f)

in paragraph 12, for “£48.75” there shall be substituted “£60”.
