Regulation 2

The Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1988^f1 shall be amended as follows:—

In Part V, the words in brackets in the sub-heading shall be amended to read:

“(excluding fishing vessels within the meaning of Part II of the Merchant Shipping Act 1988)”.
