# The Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in S.I. 1990/555 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Laid before Parliament 20th June 1990
Coming into force 11th July 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 33(2) of the Merchant Shipping (Safety Convention) Act 1949 and now vested in him and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and with the approval of the Treasury hereby makes the following Regulations:—
