  "text": "The Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1990 are hereby amended as follows:\n(a) in Part II of the Schedule, in the Table, by substituting in column 1 “975” for “1000”;\n(b) in Part II of the Schedule, in paragraph 4(7), by substituting “not exceeding £42” for “of £37”.",
