# The Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 7


In the Schedule, Part IV, in section D there shall be added at the end the following entry:—
“12 For examination by an approved medical practitioner on application for a medical fitness certificate under the Merchant Shipping (Medical Examination) Regulations 1983 £48.75.”.
