Regulation 8

In the Schedule, for Part V there shall be substituted the following:

In this Part:

• “ship” includes a bareboat charter ship but does not include a fishing vessel within the meaning of paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Merchant Shipping (Registration, etc) Act 1993;

• “submersible craft” means a submersible craft as defined in the Merchant Shipping (Registration of Submersible Craft) Regulations 1976^f1 .
