# The Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 3: Amendment of Regulations


In regulation 15 of the Merchant Shipping (Port Waste Reception Facilities) Regulations 1997 for “1997”, on each occasion it occurs, there shall be substituted “1996”.
