# The Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1999, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1999


(1) The Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In Part I of the Schedule, in paragraph 2(2)(a):
(i) for “£23.66” there shall be substituted “£24.40”; and
(ii) for “£26.75” there shall be substituted “£27.60”.
