Laid before Parliament 8th October 2001
Coming into force 1st November 2001
The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 302(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
