These Regulations make minor amendments to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996 by increasing the hourly rate for fees for the issue of certificates pursuant to the Radio Rules(i.e. the statutory instruments relating to radio installations and navigational equipment on merchant ships and fishing vessels).
