# The Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 2: Amendments to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996


(1) The Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 5(2), for the words following “the hourly rate of” there is substituted “£36”.
(3) In the Schedule, in Part I—
(a) in paragraph 2(2)(a), for the words following “the hourly rate of” there is substituted “£36”; and
(b) in paragraph 2(2)(b) for “£50” there is substituted “£75”.
(4) In Part XII, for the table there is substituted:
Radio surveys per hour, or part thereof
Other surveys, inspections and tests per hour or part thereof

For waiting time prior to the commencement of and during the course of a survey or inspection
