Supplying a certified copy of any declaration or document a copy of which is made evidence by the Merchant Shipping Acts, or a certified copy of or extracts from a document declared by the Merchant Shipping Acts to be admissible in evidence
(a)
if the declaration or document relates to the registration of a ship £25
