# The Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996, Part II: CERTIFICATES OF COMPETENCY AS AN OFFICER


The fee for the issue or endorsement of any certificate of competency as an officer, other than a certificate of equivalent competency referred to in Part IV below, shall (except as provided in section C of Part III below) be £14.
