Laid before Parliament 28th June 2000
Coming into force
for all purposes other than regulation 2(3) 31st July 2000
for the purpose of regulation 2(3) 1st August 2000
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 302(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
