  "text": "(1) The Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996 shall be amended as follows:\n(2) In Part I, paragraph 2(1) for “£70” there shall be substituted “£72”.\n(3) In Part I, paragraph 2(2)(a):\n(i) for “£24.40” there shall be substituted “£24.60”; and\n(ii) for “£27.60” there shall be substituted “£27.90”.\n(4) In Part XII, in the Table, for the entries listed in the column headed “Other surveys, inspection and tests, per hour or part thereof” there shall be substituted the following entries:\n“No fee\n£72\n£144\n£72\n£36\n£72”.",
