# The Merchant Shipping (Fire Protection) (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Paragraph 8


There shall be omitted from paragraph (2) of regulation 51 the words “having a valid Certificate of Fitness for the Carriage of Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk”.
