# The Merchant Shipping (Formal Investigations) (Amendment) Rules 2000, Article 2


In rule 16(b) of the Merchant Shipping (Formal Investigations) Rules 1985 for the words “Lord Advocate” there shall be substituted the words “Advocate General for Scotland”.
