# The Merchant Shipping (Formal Investigations) Rules 1985, Article 15


Any re-hearing of a formal investigation pursuant to section 57(1) of the Act of 1970 which is not held by the High Court or the Court of Session shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
