  "long_title": "These Regulations implement amendments to the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk (“the IGC Code”) which were adopted on 24th May 1990 by Resolution MSC 17(58) of the International Maritime Organisation. The amendments harmonise the survey and certification requirements of that Code with the requirements of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (“SOLAS”), as amended.",
