# The Merchant Shipping (IBC Code) (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Regulation 4


For regulation 1(4)(d) there shall be substituted the following—
“(d) any reference to the 1974 SOLAS Convention shall be construed as a reference to that Convention as defined in these Regulations.”.
