  "text": "After paragraph (4) of regulation 1 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“(5) Any reference in these Regulations to any of the following—\n(a) Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Goods in Bulk;\n(b) International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Goods in Bulk;\n(c) International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk;\n(d) MARPOL 1973/78;\n(e) 1974 SOLAS Convention;\nshall include a reference to any document amending it which is considered by the Secretary of State to be relevant from time to time and is specified in a Merchant Shipping Notice.”.",
