Laid before Parliament 27th February 1987
Coming into force 1st April 1987
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 5(2) of the Merchant Shipping (Mercantile Marine Fund) Act 1898 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
