These Regulations provide for an increase of about 14% in the scale of light dues payable under the Merchant Shipping (Mercantile Marine Fund) Act 1898 as set out in the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Regulations 1981 (as amended) and revokes previous amending Regulations. The last change took effect on 1st April 1986.
